After COVID-19, the world embraced digital healthcare — and online therapy has since become a recognised and effective mode of treatment. Our online consultation process is structured into four clear steps:

  1. Initial Consultation: We begin by understanding your concern — whether it is back pain, neck pain, knee pain, or a movement-related issue. You are then asked to share complete body movement videos from specific angles so that we can accurately analyse your posture, gait, and movement patterns.
  2. Detailed Analysis & Assessment: After reviewing your videos, we conduct a guided self-assessment where you are asked to locate and apply gentle pressure to specific body parts and nerves. Based on your feedback regarding pain and pressure, we identify the root cause of your condition.
  3. Exercise Prescription & Feedback Loop: You are guided through a set of targeted exercises and stretches. After each exercise, you measure and report changes in pain and pressure levels. This real-time feedback loop ensures that every prescription is accurately tailored to your body’s response.
  4. Personalised Program: Based on the results from the previous steps, a complete exercise and recovery program is designed specifically for you. This program is progressive, safe, and achievable from the comfort of your home.

Each session is typically 45 minutes. Depending on the complexity of your condition and the observations made during the session, it may extend up to 60 minutes. We do not rush consultations — your health is our priority.

Yes, some basic equipment may be recommended to enhance the effectiveness of your treatment program. All suggested items are easily available online at affordable prices. You will be informed about any equipment requirements after your initial assessment, so there are no surprises.

Absolutely. Exercise guidance is at the core of our online sessions. You will receive detailed instructions on each exercise — including correct posture, breathing, repetitions, and how to feel and monitor the effect on your body. Understanding the ‘why’ behind each exercise is just as important as performing it correctly. We teach you to become aware of your body’s signals throughout the program.

The number of sessions varies depending on the nature and severity of your condition, your age, overall fitness level, and how consistently you follow the prescribed program. That said, most clients begin to notice meaningful improvement within 10 to 15 sessions. A detailed recommendation will be made following your first consultation.
